Private sessions are also wonderful on a regular basis if you would like a personalised workout to reach your goals faster or rehabilitate from an injury or surgery. 

Private and Semi-Private Studio Pilates sessions use the whole range of pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Trapeze Tower. We will identify your goals, undertake a movement study, and then write you a personal program to follow under close supervision of our instructors. Because we gain a deep understanding of your capabilities in a studio setting, we can really maximise your progression.
